I’ve always thought that that tat around the bottom of his neck says “Can I Say”, which is a fucking GREAT album by Dag Nasty an old post-punk/punk band, one of the thousands I loved growing up in the 80s. Oddly enough, even though I suspect mr Barker here is a bit of a douchebag, I will always respect him for that 1 tattoo. Now you know!
